Onimo B.V. (“Onimo”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains how we handle personal data on this website. A more detailed privacy policy will be published when our products and services launch.

1. What we collect

If you sign up for launch notifications, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal information through this website.

Our website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. The hosting platform logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We measure visits with Matomo on our own server, without cookies and with anonymised IP addresses.

2. Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to notify you about our product launch. We do not share, sell, or rent your email address to third parties.

3. How long we keep it

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or until 24 months after our public product launch, whichever comes first.

4. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct your personal data, delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and data portability.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored within the European Union or Switzerland by our service providers: Infomaniak (Switzerland): website hosting, analytics and email infrastructure for our team; Zoho (EU data centre): email signup data and our customer database.

Onimo does not transfer personal data to countries outside these jurisdictions.

6. Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.

8. Complaints
